Each mold comes with handles on the inside of the mold to aid in pulling the mold out of the concrete.
Product Specifications:
Sink Mold Measurements: 30"L x 14"W (At Top of Finished Sink, 10" Wide at Bottom) x 10"D**. Drain is centered 10.5" from the left side (when the finished concrete sink is looked at from above).
**NOTE: Depth can be adjusted by trimming/sanding down the fiberglass mold to your desired size.
Remember to add 1" - 2" to each side to your measurements to account for the concrete sides of the sink.
Proper slope (5 degree draft or greater) on sides ensures proper draining and mold removal from concrete.
Mold Setup:
NOTE: Some of the longer sink molds will flex inwards when concrete is poured around them. To prevent this, place a few boards across the inside of the mold as an internal brace, and then place the mold in your form and silicone in place.
Apply a few coats of a strong wax, such as a carnauba based wax, the the mold prior to pouring concrete. We also sell a release agent that is safe for fiberglass, and does not leave an oily residue on the finished concrete.
Molds are designed to simply be siliconed in place, and concrete packed around them, or a simple form built up around the mold to hold the concrete in place.
Mold Removal:
WAX and RELEASE AGENT!! See video below for an example of mold usage. Using wax and a release prior to pouring concrete will usually will allow the mold to just be pulled out using the handles.
Use of compressed air between sink mold and concrete will help pop the mold out. In some cases, adding cold water and ice to the inside of the mold for 10 minutes will shrink the mold just enough that removal is easier.
In extremely difficult to remove cases, the mold can be pushed out of the concrete through the hole made for the drain.
Mold Care:
Clean with a sponge after each use. Any damage can be repaired using epoxy or gelcoat, and sand smooth when dry.
Use: After applying powder or liquid release agent to concrete, lay stamp on concrete surface and press into the concrete. Walking on the stamp, or (depending on concrete hardness) an Impact Tool may be needed to help push the stamp into the concrete.
Care: Clean stamps after each use with water and a stiff brush. Pressure washing can make cleaning quicker. Keep stamps stored out of direct sunlight to prolong their life.

This product usually ships within 5-10 business days, via UPS ONLY.

Cast aluminum mounting securely riveted to tempered, polished steel blade.
16" x 4" size.
Mounting has a square shank to prevent handle from turning.
Resilient handle for extra comfort and grip.
Concrete finishing trowels are used for finishing the surface of concrete to the required smoothness. Troweling represents the last stage in the finishing process.
Made in the USA by Marshalltown, the premier manufacturer of concrete tools.
Solid stainless steel, 3/16" thick, with a brushed finish.
Illuminated LED push buttons less than 1 watt, and last approx. 11 years.
LED buttons available in Ring-Light, or DOT style. Ring Light: A bright glow ring around a stainless steel center. DOT Light:Very bright center LED glow.
Push Buttons available in 3 voltages: 12V (8-12 Volts AC) or 16V (12-16 Volts AC) or 24V (12-24 Volts AC). Match to your doorbell/doorchime transformer output, or use a voltage tester on your existing wires to determine voltage
Exceeding the button's voltage can prematurely burn out the LED in the button. If unsure, and unable to determine, we recommend ordering the 24V button to prevent the LED from premature burnout.
Doorbell Buttons are theft-resistant. Each button is secured on the back of the doorbell cover by a hex-nut.
Will work with new or existing doorbell systems, and can replace most garage door opener buttons.
Doorbell Only. Door chimes, power transformers, and wire sold separately.
Additional LED colors and Voltages are available for large quantity special orders.
Product Specifications:
Doorbell Cover Measurements: 1 3/4"W x 4 1/8"H x 3/16"D.
Push Button Measurements: 11/16"W x 5/8" Thread Diameter x 1 3/4"L.
Installation Instructions: Drill 3/4" (20mm) hole approximately 1 1/2" deep. Attach one wire to each screw terminal. Use the screws provided to mount the door bell in place.
Optional Tamper Resistant screws come with a special driver bit for installation/removal.
Shipping Information:
Product usually ships in 1-2 business days.
Warranty Information: One year manufacturer warranty against defect.

Sink Mold Measurements: 17" Long x 13" Wide x 8" Deep* (8.25" Depth including drain flange).
*Depth can be adjusted by trimming/sanding down the Mold to your desired depth, but you may lose the Internal Flange that is in the Dura-BLU Molds if you trim very much.
Sides to Dura-BLU Molds have at least a 5° slope to ensure Mold removal from concrete.
Mold Setup:
When planning, remember to add 1" - 2" to each side to your measurements to account for the concrete thickness for the sides of the finished sink.
Apply small amounts of silicone to the Mold's rim, and set in place in your form. Allow silicone to dry.
Screws can be used to secure the Mold if necessary. Using screws of the appropriate length, screw through the bottom of the form, up into the Internal Flange of the Sink Mold.
Run a smooth silicone bead around perimeter of the Sink Mold, where it meets the form base. Silicone Disposable Foam Drain Knockout (supplied with Mold), or Reusable Rubber Knockout, on to Mold. Allow silicone to dry.
Apply a thin coat of Fiberglass Safe Form Release (sold separately) to the Mold just prior to casting the concrete piece.
Various methods can be used to cast the concrete piece:
GFRC: Cement and fiberglass is sprayed on and hand packed into the form and around the Mold.
Wetcast: Oatmeal consistency concrete is placed in form and around the Mold and vibrated. A simple box should be built around the Sink Mold, to contain the concrete during this process.
Hand Packed: A drier concrete mix is hand packed into the form and around the Mold. A second step after de-molding will fill the voids with cement slurry, usually of a different coloring.
Any voids in the concrete can be filled using a cement slurry. Add Cenospheres to portland cement to reduce shrinkage and make filling voids easier.
Mold Removal:
If Mold Release Wax and Liquid Release were used prior to casting the concrete, most Molds will usually pull out of the concrete with little effort.
If the mold is difficult to remove:
Adding cold water and ice to the inside of the mold for 10 minutes will shrink the mold just enough that removal is easier.
Compressed air shot around the Mold rim will break the suction holding the Mold in the concrete.
Using a few blocks of foam against the concrete, place a 2x4 across the Mold, and pry the Mold out using some large C-clamps, or wood working clamps.
Most Molds can be pushed out of the concrete by removing the drain plug, and pushing the Mold out through the drain hole.
Warranty and Mold Care:
Each Dura-BLU mold has a Lifetime Guarantee against defect. This Guarantee does not cover misuse of the Molds (Dropping the Mold, Prying the Mold out using a screwdriver... etc.).
Liability Policy: Expressions LTD will not be held liable for any damage, misuse, or collateral damages resulting from use of any of our products. If there is a flaw or defect with a product, we will fix or replace the product.
Clean Mold with a sponge after each use. Waxing and buffing the Mold after use is recommended to maintain the Mold in top condition.
Any damage can be repaired using 2-Part epoxy (Available for a few dollars at any hardware store- comes in a double syringe). Mix the epoxy, apply to the damaged area, and sand smooth when dry. Wet sanding the Mold will return the damaged area to a high gloss if desired.
Shipping Information:
Usually ships within 2 business days.
Most orders ship the same day ordered.
