Fiberglass & Rubber Safe Form Release

Product Detail:
  • NEW FORMULA! Fiberglass & Rubber safe form release.
  • Won't harm fiberglass gelcoat, or dry out rubber molds.
  • This release was specially formulated for releasing fiberglass and rubber molds from concrete.
  • Ideal for use with fiberglass molds used for casting concrete sinks, drainboards, etc.
  • Allows concrete to release off of fiberglass molds when cured. (Most fiberglass molds should be waxed with Mold Wax prior to applying form release to ensure a clean release from the concrete).
  • Contains no diesel, kerosene, waxes or silicones.
  • Aids in the reduction of air pocket voids in concrete.

  • Product Specifications:
  • Available in 4 oz. or 8 oz. bottles.
  • Coverage: One teaspoon of release will treat a normal bathroom sized sink mold (about 3 square feet of fiberglass surface).
  • Application: Apply with a clean cloth or paper towel to a mold or edge liner (Fiberglass molds should be waxed first using Fiberglass Mold Release Wax (sold here) .
  • Release can be applied anytime prior to pouring concrete on the mold.
  • Re-apply release if more than 24 hours have passed from when it was applied, and concrete is ready to be poured.


  • This release does leave some residue on the concrete, which is removed after casting by lightly scrub/wash the concrete a few times with a warm water and a few drops of dish soap to remove the release residue.
