Expressions LTD is a design and manufacturing company, fabricating custom Molds and Forms for concrete. We carry a large assortment of decorative concrete products, as well as a line of unique doorbells, house numbers, mailboxes, custom signage, and outdoor / garden products.
Stencils are designed for use with wet concrete and overlay resurfacing
systems.
Manufactured using
superior high-strength white paper that can handle the toughest
conditions.
White Paper Stencils are superior to most other
'brown' stencils, that are thinner, have problems laying flat, and tear
easily when used.
Stencils are used to achieve the look of
stone, tile or brick without the higher installation and maintenance
costs associated with such applications.
Stenciled concrete
and overlays leave a flat and even surface better suited for pool
decks, walkways, driveways and interior floors.
Non-adhesive
white paper stencils which are poly-coated on both sides for maximum
moisture resistance. Made of thicker paper, these stencils may be used
more than once depending on application method.

Acid Stained color will not chip, fade, or peel. It actually changes the coloring of the cement surface.
Our Acid Stain leaves little residue, making it much easier to work with and clean up than most acid stains on the market.
Acid stains create the most unique, striking color to concrete surfaces.
Acid staining is one of the most explosive market trends in today's concrete industry.

Solid stainless steel, available in 1/4" and 1/2" sizes.
Each trivet is already cut to length (Re-cut with a hacksaw if a shorter length is needed).
Trivets have a brushed finish on all surfaces.
Use Trivet Rail Form Strips to create channels in concrete to place these trivet rails into, or use a Drainboard Mold. Trivets can be placed on any concrete countertop- just place these
trivets wherever needed (ie. drain-boards, next to a stove, in a
concrete sink, etc.) and epoxy in place.
The 1/2" x 15 1/2"L size is designed to be placed into the concrete recesses created by making a drainboard using the Grill Drainboard Mold (sold separately), but can be used in other applications as well.
Rough, unfinished trivet work
Product Specifications:
Measurements:.
1/4" Size: 15 1/2" Long, 1/4" W x 1/4" W.
1/4" Size: 24" Long, 1/4" W x 1/4" W.
1/2" Size: 15 1/2" Long, 1/2" W x 1/2" W. (Use this size, 15.5" Long, with the Grill Drainboard).
1/2" Size: 24" Long, 1/2" W x 1/2" W.
If Trivet Bars need to be re-cut, they can be cut with a hack saw, metal cut-off saw, metal band saw, or metal blade on a jig saw- but stainless steel is very hard to cut, so cut slowly and use cutting oil if possible.
Secure in place, if desired, to the finished concrete with epoxy or clear silicone.
High quality sign that will actually increase curb appeal, rather than detract from it as most 'No Soliciting' signs do.
Designed to be mounted without any visible screws.
Secure in place by using double-sided tape or silicone.
Back of the plaque is drilled and 2 threaded bolts are included with each plaque.
Application:
Standard Install: Drill 2 holes in your wall, brick, stone, etc. Attach the included bolts to the back of the No Solicitors Plaque. Fill the 2 holes in your wall with silicone, and then insert the Plaque. A little extra silicone on the back of the Plaque will ensure a good secure placement.
Rooftop Weathervanes Includes a free aluminum adjustable mounting base.
Color finish is hand-painted enamel.
Weathervanes inspired by nostalgic old-world designs.
Each ornament offers unique aesthetic appeal and maximum visibility.
Winds of Time: Centuries ago, weathervanes were one of the first instruments to detect changes in the weather by pointing in the direction from which the wind was blowing. The Tower Of Winds in Athens, Greece (48 BC), topped with its Triton weathervane, is among the earliest archaeological examples. Over the years, a variety of ornaments have been created to display various cultural, religious, and patriotic themes.
Whitehall Weathervanes: Whitehall Products, the worlds largest manufacturer of weathervanes, offers over 100 different styles. Many styles include a variety of color choices such as traditional black, aged verdigris or rust, polished copper ornaments, gold-bronze ornaments, and even hand-painted ornaments.
Whitehalls more than 60 years of weathervane making experience assures you will receive a carefully crafted and meticulously detailed weather instrument that will provide a lifetime of enjoyment.
From huge, full-bodied Classic Directions to 24" Accent Directions, Whitehall is your complete source for all of your weathervane needs.
Measurements: Medallion size is specified by the customer.
Please
note that any medallion much smaller than 3/4" will be difficult to
make and have look good if there is much detail to the logo.
Finish:
Medallions are tumbled in ceramic grits to remove sharp metal edges.
They are not grained, simply because most users will be polishing the
concrete to fully expose the medallion anyway, so any brushed finish
would be lost in the polishing process. If a brushed finish on the
stainless steel is desired, simply hold the medallion up to a belt
sander for a few moments.

Bench Top Only. Bench Legs are sold individually, so need to be
ordered separately and allow complete customization of your bench style
and coloring.
Made of high strength concrete, reinforced with chopped AR glass fibers.
Unlike the majority of concrete benches out there who use cheap sand
only mixes, or use left over concrete from other projects that they
weaken when they have to re-hydrate to fill the bench molds... we make
our pieces from a specific concrete formula with over 6,000 PSI, for the
longest durability and strength possible.
Available in natural grey concrete, colored concrete, acid stained, and an option for sealing the concrete.
Product Specifications:
Measurements: 40.5" Long, 15.5" Wide, 2.5" Thick.
Weight: 98 lbs.
Color: Using the drop down menu above, select the color desired. DIY project enthusiasts may want to consider ordering acid stain and sealer separately, and finishing their own project.
Note about acid stain colors: Olive, Turquoise, and Jade colors may darken or discolor in outdoor, wet environments.
Sealer: If desired, the concrete can be sealed. We offer SuperSeal
2000 acrylic sealer, which is available in either Gloss or Matte finishes, and protects the
concrete and enhances the color. We also offer the option of sealing the concrete piece with a natural (invisible) stone sealer that will protect against the elements, but not alter the color or the finish of the natural concrete.

The Flex Orbital Buffing Polisher is the best choice for a
professional quality wax finish on any concrete, stone, or automotive
body surface.
The orbital rotation of this innovative polisher simulates the
circular movement of the human hand while polishing. At the same time,
the polisher's highly smooth running facilitates a careful, precise
finish and even offers what is necessary for hologram-free polishing.
That's just what this polisher, with its ergonomically designed knob
handle, was made for.
The positive drive ensures a uniform movement, even under load, thanks to constant lift.
Taken in conjunction with the large stroke length there is also
the possibility of removing existing holograms from black finishes.
Thanks to the direct orbital drive, very little heat develops on the
surface, which is ideally suited to temperature-sensitive finishes.
The accelerator trigger switch and speed selection allow for a
controlled acceleration to the optimal speed. Note: the machine's
orbital movement has been optimally adapted for the special backer pad
included with it.
FLEX seven-fold microprocessor electronics: with consistent speed
control by tachometer generator, soft start, accelerator trigger switch,
restart protection after power interruption, overload protection,
temperature monitoring, and speed selection.
8 mm orbital movement. Permanent direct drive for an even polished surface.
Removable, ergonomic knob grip.
High-powered motor: can handle extreme loads.
Spindle lock for easy backer swapping.
Quality shut-off carbon brushes: if the carbon brushes wear down,
the motor will be automatically switched off and thus protected from
damage.
Coverage: 50 lbs. of Urethane Coated Quartz Sand will cover about 65 square feet, at a Double Broadcast* rate. A light broadcast can treat up to 100 sq. ft. per 50 lb. bag of sand.
*Double Broadcast: Quartz Sand is broadcast onto the wet epoxy, allowed to dry, another coating of epoxy put out, and then a lighter coating of the Quartz Sand broadcast again, followed by the final epoxy or urethane Top Coat.
Application Instructions:
Apply a Base Coat layer of epoxy, such as SHIELD 50 at about 8 mils thick.
While
Base Coat is still wet, broadcast the Urethane Coated Quartz Sand onto
the Base Coat. (Use of Spiked Shoes will allow easier access to all
areas of the floor).
Broadcasting can be done in a as thin or thick as desired. Images of blended colors are from a 'Double Broadcast' application:
Double
Broadcast: Apply Epoxy Base Coat, broadcast the Quartz Sand, let dry
and then apply another light coat of Epoxy, and another broadcast of
Quartz Sand.
When dry, clean the floor with broom/shop vac
of all loose sand, and then apply the Top Coat, such as UV Shield Epoxy,
or SuperGlaze 3600 Polyurethane.
Handles are permanently attached to the hose bib by pinning the handle to the stem of the faucet with a solid brass pin.
The small black gland in the packing nut is a vitally important part of every faucet. It is made of a specialized graphite and cotton material with a genuine rubber binder. The brass stem is machined so the packing sits like a shallow cone, ensuring the shut-off seal tight and secure.
Can also be used to make actual concrete tiles for flooring, backsplashes, decorative hot plate for hot cooking dishes, etc.
Flexible, yet still rigid enough to support casting.
Made of extremely durable polyurethane that can flex and stay strong.
Good for hundreds of uses- Actually gets better with each use as the mold will season.
Product Specifications:
Measurements:
Creates Concrete Piece at 11 7/8" x 11 7/8" Square, with 11/16" Thickness.
Mold Setup:
While not usually an absolute necessity, use of release on the rubber Mold is recommended.
Apply a release agent that is safe for rubber (sold here) just prior to casting the concrete.
The Sample Maker Molds are designed to simply be filled with concrete.
Vibrate the Sample Maker and concrete to remove air pockets.
Mold Removal:
Cured concrete samples should easily remove from the rubber Molds.
Any small bumps in the concrete can be lightly removed with 400 grit sandpaper or a Diamond Sanding Block.
Mold Care:
Most rubber products season
from use with concrete, as the cement will fill small air holes in the
rubber. Keep that in mind when cleaning the mold, as it may perform
better left with some cement residue filling the imperfections in the
rubber.
Clean rubber Mold with a sponge or stiff brush after each use.
Dried concrete can be removed by carefully scraping with a putty knife or wire brush.
Difficult to clean molds can be scrubbed with a light muriatic acid wash (20 parts water to 1 part muriatic acid).
Keep Rubber Molds out of direct sunlight to prolong their life.
