Custom engineered Snow Melt System for concrete, using a Propelyne Glycol and a hot water Boiler, with a PEX Piped System, and Hydronic accessories.

More efficient, lower operating costs, and more suitable for larger square footage areas (such as a whole driveway) than electrical snow melt systems.

For the $500 we'll spec and engineer the the complete Hydronic System and Layout, plus specify exactly which components and equipment needed for you.

Can also be used to heat (and cool) indoor flooring, such as basements or under tile.

If the system components are purchased through us as well, the $500 will count towards the total cost of the equipment.

What we need from you:

• A rough diagram of the area, with dimensions of the area needing the snow melt system.
• We need measurements of the distance to the area designated for the boiler and hydronic components, and how large of an area they will be located in.
• The room that will contain the boiler will need to have proper air intake and exhaust, so we'll need to know the distance to exterior walls from that room, as well as distance to the roof.
